To book a holiday at Northumberland Cottage, first check the availability
and suitability of the accommodation,
make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions,
then send an email to LauraCapper04@aol.com with the information requested below.
We will e-mail you to confirm the dates and cost of your stay and
keep the booking for a further 7 days.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking; the balance is due at least 14 days before the start date.
If you are booking at short notice (i.e. less than 14 days), the full amount is payable immediately.
On receipt of an email we will advise you of the best price including
any current offers.
Once agreed then the preferred method of payment for the deposit and the balance is by cheque again this will be confirmed in a booking agreement email.
If this method is not possible then a bank transfer can be arranged or a PayPal invoice can be processed through which you can pay via a variety of methods however a small charge will be applied for this method of payment as is charged to us by PayPal.
Receipt of payment will be acknowledged by e-mail only. If the
full amount is not received in time we cannot guarantee the booking.
You are advised to read our cancellation policy
and take out appropriate travel insurance.
