Prices

The rental period normally runs from 3pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. Check in is not before 3:30pm and we kindly request you are vacated by 10am prompt;
If this is incovenient please contact us to see if an alternative arrangement is possible.
In the off peak season we also offer short breaks for 3 or more nights.
The exception is during school holidays.
If in doubt, please contact us to check that a short break is available/to confirm the price.

NOTE: Due to the current rising energy costs, we have been forced to slightly increase our prices for the first time in 11 years.
We are still proud to offer our discounts for Frontline NHS, Emergency Services, and Childrens Services staff throughout the year.

SHORT BREAKS
Minimum 3 nights at £92.50 per night available at times throughout the year except during school holidays. Please enquire re availability.

Prices are all-inclusive. There is no charge for heating, electricity, water, dogs, bed linen, towels, bicycles, welcome basket or any other item provided at the cottage. The start time is 3pm on the first day of holiday and end time is 10am on the last day unless by prior agreement.
