Prices are all-inclusive. There is no charge for heating, electricity, water, dogs, bed linen, towels, bicycles, welcome basket or any other item provided at the cottage. The start time is 3pm on the first day of holiday and end time is 11am on the last day unless by prior agreement. NB £100 discount for 2nd week of a two week holiday and £200 for 3rd week!

The rental week starts and ends Saturday. We can't accommodate short breaks I'm afraid BUT we can offer 5 days, 11-16th July 2026 for £575 if you email me I can take this booking manually. We keep pricing simple: £675 per week all year round excluding Christmas and New Year, which is £725 per week.
