The cottage has a sitting room and kitchen downstairs, and a double bedroom, a twin room and 1 smaller bedroom with small double bed in it, plus a bathroom (with shower over) upstairs.
The property accommodates five people comfortably, with a maximum permitted occupancy of six, two of whom must be children under 10 years old. Heating and hot water are provided by an electric central heating system with radiators in all the rooms and there is also a wood-burning stove in the living room , logs are provided.

Parking for one car is on the street immediately outside the property. An additional car may be parked on land around the corner, adjacent to Branton Church House and the school.
Please note the following:
Two dogs over the age of 12 months are permitted, as long as they are fully house trained, do not bark, and remain downstairs at all times, and are not likely to damage the property in any way. No dogs are allowed on furniture, even with covers in place! Please do not leave dogs unattended in the cottage, and use the towels provided to clean muddy paws after walks. We do not charge extra for dogs, so we ask you to hoover thoroughly before leaving. No other pets, sorry!
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage at any time.
There is only one handrail on the stairs, which are short but quite steep, and may be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Sorry no hen or stag parties, this is a condition of our insurance!
Please do not leave mobile phones or vapes etc charging while unattended/overnight.
Please note we cannot accommodate electric bike charging at the cottage, in case it overloads the system.
